Séjour en famille extrêmement décevant à l’Aqua Mirage. L’animation est inexistante : aucun spectacle, animateurs absents, aucune ambiance. Nous avons pourtant choisi un club pour ces prestations. Où sont les responsables ? C’est inadmissible. La salle de sport est inutilisable, toutes les machines sont hors service. Au parc aquatique, le personnel est désagréable et manque de professionnalisme. Les seuls éléments positifs sont Maria du kids club, exceptionnelle avec les enfants, ainsi que les femmes de ménage, sérieuses et efficaces. La nourriture est correcte mais sans rien d’exceptionnel. En revanche, l’hôtel excelle dans un domaine : faire payer des suppléments pour tout. Même le matériel sportif nécessite une caution, ce qui est honteux pour un club de vacance

Alt var godt – virkelig rare og imødekommende personale. Maden var i top, og der var et stort udvalg. Det eneste minus var, at man ikke bare kan komme på hotellet og vente ved poolen, hvis man ankommer 2 timer før check-in, som er kl. 15. Derudover kunne kaffen i maskinerne godt forbedres.

Left after 48 hours of a 7 day stay Turning in off the main road to be greeted by huge craters in the road leading up to the hotel was not a good first impression, arriving into the reception area our hearts sunk even further. Christmas tree decorations that looked like it was put together by a 4 year old and a reception area which is far below the fitting of a 4* Hotel Rooms - Very poor build quality - Paint splattered on tiles - Big gap in shower door which led to a flooded bathroom - Gaps in the privacy screen looking into the bathroom so if you have teenage children/family members staying in your quadruple room they can see you in the shower! Food - Absolutely diabolical. I've seen reviews people praising the food, your gourmet meal at home must be beans on toast because I have no idea how anyone can rate it - It was that bad we decided to eat out in the centre of Marrakech for the 2 nights we were there Entertainment - Didn't see it but the stage is old and battered Staff - The little interaction we had with them they seem pleasant enough Sports bar - Closed until March..... Leaving 1 area in which you could get a drink out of a horrible plastic cup Location - 20 minutes from Marrakech centre and 200 Dirhams (£16) in a taxi one way. Plenty of taxi outside the hotel. Nothing else around the hotel area apart from a little shop Pool - Didn't go in but could see that it was heated from the steaming coming off it in a morning. - check the timing

Heaters didn’t work in the room so it was freezing. Cleaners cleaned the room on the first day and that was it - didn’t clean again. The room was dirty even after the cleaner cleaned it the first day. Hotel block is not enclosed so cats in all night meowing and cold hallways.

L acceuil très decevant. On nous a fait payer un supplément de 25€ pour le diner du reveillon pour un enfant de 3 ans (diner moyen rien d exceptionnel) Obligation de quiter l hotel a 15h donc si notre vol est le soir on est a la rue. Piscine chauffée on ne sait comment peut être que le matin ? resultat le seul jour ou on pouvait profiter on a pas pu se baigner car l eau etait froide (alors qu on est venu a cet hotel pour la piscine chauffée). Boissons dans la journée a la machine resultat café/thé vraiment pas terrible. Hotel trop cher par rapport a la prestation.

The room was clean. Maintenance of the room was poorly done as toilet rolls and towels were not added unless requested. Air conditioning worked, pools heating was not great but the weather was cold. The entertainment team have gone down hill. I previously came to this hotel 2 years ago and we loved the animation team. Now they have left, we did not have the same experience unfortunately.

Étant un ancien client de cette établissement je peux comparer sur plusieurs année les animateurs nul aucune politesse au niveau du personnel en général j ai trouver tout en dessous du standard ou j était habitué les serveurs a part un qu’il m’a reconnu les femme de ménage c pareil mon fils a fait tomber un verre de pepsi elle était juste derrière et elle a pas bouger a la pizza sa discute bcp et il y a beaucoup d attentes j ai pas aimer aussi au niveau des désert il te jette sa dans l assiette comme si tu l embête le Personel en dessous en général femme de ménage rien a dire sinon le reste vraiment en dessous à revoir

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
