Accueil très chaleureux, la chambre était bien confortable, organisée, très propre bien que pas très grande. Ça n'a pas eu d'impact sur la qualité de notre séjour parce que tout était à la hauteur. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, l'emplacement aussi. Je recommande fortement cet hotel.

The room was perfect. Pristinely clean and amazingly quiet. The staff provided service second to none. The food was inspired. With the exception of the lack of onsite parking, there is absolutely nothing to find fault with at this location.

Room was excellent. Very good service at check-in. Breakfast buffet was very well laid out. Parking was very close by and fairly reasonable in price. Only quibble is that the room card must be used to access the elevator, and only allows you to access your floor. Somewhat troublesome if you have friends on other floors.

Einfach nur fantastisch. Mein Aufenthalt in Toronto war ungewollt – ich war durch einen Unfall in Südamerika gehbehindert. Das Hotel hat mir bei der Ankunft umgehend einen Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt, den ich während meines 9-tägigen Aufenthaltes nutzen konnte. Das gesamte Personal war nicht nur äusserst freundlich, sondern auch enorm hilfsbereit. Ich weiss nicht, was ich ohne die grösszügig Unterstützung und grosse Anteilnahme getan hätte. Das vielseitige und grosse Frühstücksbuffet liess keinen Wunsch offen und die Speisen wurden immer sofort nachgefüllt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder im Riu Plaza wohnen. Ein riesen grosses Dankeschön an die ganze Besatzung, Einfach grandios!

The front desk clerk was wearing an inordinate amount of perfume. it was difficult to breathe and my eyes started to water and I stepped away from the counter. This lacks professionalism and would never happen at a Fairmont or even a Westin.

Overall experience was superb! Staff are very courteous. Cleanliness of the room and and hotel is outstanding. Foods in their breakfast buffet are excellent. They refill right away with a fresh one. Croissants were warm and toasty! We loved our stay and will definitely going back again.

Attendants in the lobby were extraordinarily good. Very personable and helpful. Front desk, restaurant - not so much. The hallways feel very basic. Rooms have a lacking feeling of space.

The hotel and room was very nice. Staff was wonderful. Two issues. Front desk staff takes the driver’s license number of all guests in the room. I’m not worried about the hotel having it, but not good if there is a data breach. The sliding bathroom door is nice, but quite noisy when someone uses it in the middle of the night.
