We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast but it looked really good. The room was clean and spacious. The best part was the staff!! The staff here were some of the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. A special thank you to Jenney, Mia and Jimmi for making our stay extra special. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi, the location is also stellar.

The hotel location is excellent, you are just a few steps away from Hoan Kiem late. There are all sorts of restaurants, spas, and shops nearby. The staff were really hospitable, they did make us feel very welcome and accommodating. Room was a bit small but still well-equipped.

We kwamen vroeg aan, en de receptionist was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden verwelkomd met een welkomstdrankje, kregen de mogelijkheid voor een vroege check-in en een kamerupgrade tegen een kleine, redelijke vergoeding. Wat een geweldig begin!

Large, comfortable and very quite room. Location was perfect - so close to the lake and so many cafes and shops and the water puppet theatre. Great variety at breakfast. Friendly helpful staff at breakfast and at reception to help you organize day trips. Welcomed us back with offers of cold drinks each time we were out - such s nice touch.

The quality of the room did not match the quality in the photo. Though it looks like the photo at first glance, the room was quite worn. The room smelled like a dirty sock due to the unclean air conditioner. The bed was made using a top sheet over the mattress instead of a fitted sheet so I was constantly accidentally touching the bare mattress. They didnt give us any hand towels until we asked, just two body towels. The breakfast buffet is about a 5 min walk from the hotel in a nearby hotel - it is very small with few options and was very lackluster. The buffet room is also very small with only a few tables - several times there was no where for us to sit. Location is very good! It is in a vibrant alley off the busy street, which makes it fairly quiet. Cars cannot get onto the alley though, only pedestrians and motorbikes. This means you need to carry your luggage from the street and up a few stairs to check in. It is only a block from the cathedral and tons of shopping. 10/10 for location. This hotel asks you to leave your key at reception whenever you leave. This annoyed us greatly and posed a security risk because when you return, not all staff remembered us. Some knew what room we had, others did not and simply asked us for our number. It would have been very easy to tell the wrong number and be given the wrong key. Once, we asked for our key and were given THE WRONG KEY and access to the room next door. This is a security risk. I would not stay here again

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff stayed in contact with us before arrival via WhatsApp. They took all our needs into consideration, including dietary needs. Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home. Location was also amazing, was close to shopping and restaurants!
