Staff were courteous. Room was clean. However there was a lot of noise from adjoining room at times - through the thin walls, and trucks etc outside.

Clean room but if you book here you might get a room with no AC like we did.. we had to sleep with windows open which would be fine if the room wasn’t next to the stairs and everyone passed by the room. We got up super early because of the noise and roosters.. next time I will book directly so I don’t get room we got.

We had a delayed flight so arrived late but Rene was able to get us checked in and helpful about a place for something to eat. The room was very clean but noisy roosters woke us up early. Checkout was easy.

YES the kitchen was fully equipped. The window AC unit was plenty. Staff were super friendly, especially that smoking hot Tailea. OMG so gorgeous!

When I checked in, the very nice lady showed me to my room. I keep my A/C fan on all night to pull the cold air in. I got out of the shower the next morning and my room smelled like Marajuana. I opened my door and the maintenance guy had already gotten the smoker to stop and was nicely explaining to him the problem. I was able to walk to breakfast each morning using 2 different restaurants and Calvary Chapel was a 10 minute walk where I met a family from my church in California. Thank you Kauai Palms.

There was a man grouting from 6:40 in the morning a.m. and some sweeping sounds early in the morning directly outside our window. It was very disturbing for three mornings in a row. Why should we pay $180 a day to stay somewhere where you can't even sleep and comfort and wake up when you feel like it. That's the point of a vacation.

The room was fully furnished as promised - Fridge in the room, microwave in the lobby 24-hr available. The studio room was tight for a couple, but I had booked this roomoriginally expecting solo travel. Lobby has extensive historical info and display of Hawaii history. Centrally located in Lihue for full travel of the island.

The place overall is very nice. It’s small and quaint and feels like a throwback in time. If you’re looking for luxury this is not your place. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly staff, you’ll be comfortable! Also, even though it’s in an off the beaten path, there are some great local restaurants just right around the corner within a short walking distance.

The kitchen was fully stocked with useful items and the hotel was very clean. It’s very cute and quaint. Only heads up- the front room curtains are not very thick. If you like a darker room I do recommend a sleep mask.

Rini (Irene) at the front desk was wonderful! So friendly and upbeat and efficient. She also made a fabulous restaurant recommendation for us for dinner and it was delicious.

Arrived after hours. The lockbox number 2 was difficult to get into for one of the room keys. The upstairs room had an unpleasant odor. Other than that, the stay was fine and served the purpose of being close to the airport for 1 night.
