När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp. Vårt rum hade Swim-up-pool längst till vänster i korridoren. Det gjorde att vår del av poolen var där poolpersonalen gjorde sitt underhåll, alltså: oväntat besök på vår uteplats, inte uppskattat. Vidare var rummet mindre än väntat och det fuktiga klimatet gjorde att sängkläderna lätt kändes fuktiga. Det var svårt att veta hur det funkade med middagar och frukostar på andra restauranger. Det visade sig att man skulle boka i den medföljande appen men där fanns inte alla tider. Vi fick ta kontakt med personalen ändå. De har en huvudrestaurang där man blir visad till ett bord men sen går man åndå och hämtar mat själv och sen får man beställa dryck vid bordet. Detta fick vi lista ut själva och senare berätta för andra par som var lika förvirrade över organisationen som vi var. Maten var god och varierad. Stranden var härlig och välfyllt. Man fick gå tidigt för en bra strandstol/plats. Bra tillgänglighet med barer var man än befann sig.

The room was too small , you could hardly walk by the end of the bed due to a table/ desk that was attached to the wall . The gym is excellent and the food throughout the hotel was all made to a high standard, really excellent quality . The biggest issue is the position of the hotel in relation to the cliff , the beach and the sun beds are in the shade until 11.30 am each day . However the beach is gorgeous , the staff are helpful and the drinks served are good .

Die Lages des Hotels an einer sehr schönen Bucht auf Korfu ist überragend, die Hanglage in Richtung Westen ist (im Oktober) aber auch der Grund dafür, dass die Sonne (wenn vorhanden) erst am späten Vormittag den Strand und den Poolbereich erreicht. Der Strand ist über eine Rampe von ca. 100 m erreichbar, die man natürlich auch hinterher wieder hochgehen muss. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Auch für die Auffüllung der Minibar sowie für Wasser und Kaffeepads wurde stets gesorgt. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht vom Balkon des Zimmers war toll. Am späten Nachmittag gab es jedoch manchmal kaum warmes Wasser zum Duschen, wenn man z.B. vom Strand kam. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders herauszuheben sind hier Marina (im Lucata) und Tasos (im Cocura). Das Essen sowohl in Buffetform als auch a' la Carte war vielfältig und ausgezeichnet. Der Getränkeservice war auch sehr gut. Der Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Innenpool ist sehr schön, auch das Kursprogramm wie z.B. Deep Stretching hat uns gut gefallen, wenn auch die Plätze schnell vergeben waren. Die Versorgung mit Badehandtüchern war sehr gut. Alle Bars wie z.B. das Nafs oder das Boseto waren schön. Durch eine kurze, aber intensive Regenphase während unseres Aufenthalts waren einige Verbesserungspotentiale bei der Überdachung der Außenterrassen und Bars erkennbar :-) Immer Sommer ist das kein Thema, aber im Herbst sind die schönen Terrassen dann nicht nutzbar.

Wasserdruck in der Dusche gering, Essen gut, aber nicht überragend, teilweise schlechte Gerüche wahrnehmbar, Blick von Liegen am Pool sehr schön! Man muss schon einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein, um die steilen Wege zwischen Zimmer, Pool, Restaurants und Strand gut bewältigen zu können.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Die Minibar wurde bei Bedarf täglich neu ausgestattet. Tägliche Wasserlieferungen auf das Zimmer. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hätten uns mehr Informationen über die Anlagenübersicht beim Check-In gewünscht, konnten uns jedoch selber schnell ein Bild davon machen. Die Außenpools waren Ende Oktober leider nicht beheizt und dadurch nicht nutzbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Loved the resort and especially the main bar and food options with the a la carte restaurants. Although the very steep hill down to the beach makes it very tough on joints when walking to and from the beach and I still have a bad knee 3 weeks later. There is an occasional hill buggy if you can get it, which is helpful if you suffer from joint pain. The one sour note was that my partner's jacket went missing somewhere between the bellboy insisting to take our cases and 2 days later during a spell of rain, my partner realising she had it over the case during arriving in reception, and the jacket never made it back to the room. One of the receptionists was quite rude in our effort to retrieve it (giving off a huff and puff as if to say "I have done all I can, now leave me alone") but later the Supervisor was extremely nice and helpful in attempting to tack it down - although it never surfaced.

Such a beautiful relaxing all inclusive. The staff really make it, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable and cared for. We were in a swim up room. Not much storage space but enough for what we needed. You share the swim ups with 8 other rooms so I’m sure during peak season it isn’t as secluded as you may like. For October it was fine, but we personally felt incline to close the curtains during the day if we were in the room as people would swim past. Next time I will probably just have a balcony. The food was amazing, everyday. We got to have a a la carte breakfast and dinner, both were lovely but I honestly feel the buffet food was just as good - terrific. The pools are a good size and beach is great. Transfers from the airport cost around 50gbp whether uber or through the hotel. Online it said I could get it for half the price through lyst/Freenow app but they don’t seem to drive to this part of Corfu. Also if you want to use the indoor heated pool/spa book ahead, it’s a small area and books up fast. The gym has everything you need but is also very popular so a little tight during the day, also being a small area. Again beautiful clean rooms, great friendly staff, wonderful food. Oh and HUGE bonus you can stay on premises until your transfer for the airport… ours wasn’t until 7pm and we were free to use all the facilities even though we had checked out. We will definitely be returning ❤️

Der Ausblick dieses Hotels ist jeden Tag unschlagbar. Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick und ist bei dem Preis echt unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kulinarisch hat uns das a la carte Restaurant Nafs am besten gefallen (früh reservieren). Auch die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar!

Excellent value for money, stunning scenery, and the food and drink options were great - though there were a couple of things that weren't up to scratch for a 5 star hotel. On check-in our room was filled with ants, the reception staff member was not at all concerned - housekeeping came and swept some up.. We'd specifically booked a balcony sea view, but the balcony garden was overrun with weeds. There are no maps and a lack of directions on where to find the restaurants etc, which while not a major, would be a quick fix.

The hotel was amazing, they really accommodated to the fact that my partner didn’t eat red meats and pork and you could see the effort they put in to keep up a standard of great service. The views were breathtaking it actually felt very surreal when sitting and taking it all in. The only downfall was from a member of staff (Socila) who blatantly racially profiled my partner and I at breakfast where she asked us what we wanted for drinks after her manager told her to come over, we told her our order she went to the station and didn’t put it through ignored us for about 20 minutes after asking multiple times for our drinks, until my partner called the manager and explained what happened and he ended up getting our drinks. Overall the hotel was amazing I would highly recommend because they made us feel so comfortable.

Incredible hotel, newly renovated and aesthetically considered. Lots of good things and a few bad. Fantastic cocktails, sparkling wine with premium brand alcohol. Super comfortable loungers. The beach is stunning. The Italian restaurant is worth going to as much as possible - great steak and wine selection in there. Love having 2 breafast buffets. The food on the whole was an excellent selection and standard. This was my first time at an adults only hotel, so very quiet. No music during the day and not much entertainment - I liked that, but worthy of note. This hotel is really only for able bodied people without injuries. There's a lot of stairs, slopes, walking in general. Even though the hotel has buggues for some areas, not all. Even getting to your room will likely require some walking up stairs. Unfortunately our sunglasses were taken in the hotel one evening and not handed in. Unsure if this was a guest or staff, but disappointing. The staff on the whole are very pleasant but highly stressed and overworked. Most of them would vocalise that - which made some situations a little tough.
