We stayed with two toddlers for 7 days, we all had the best time! Great food, service and friendly staff, our family enjoyed all of the amenities and loved this resort, the swim outs were very warm so it was great for evening swims! We will be returning asap, praying for Jamaica!

For the price paid i was hoping for better, literally felt like i was begging for everything.. To be served just a drink or water. Staff seemed always consumed in their own conversations. Poor customer service, requested for soap and shower cap in the room, the gentleman who brought it seemed very displeased..no hie or hello to top it off front desk person semi argued no its there in the room just look lol. Last night of my staff was not feeling called the front desk and front desk for 2 hours on/off no answer i was hoping to get my dinner in my room. Male staff also unprofessional and aggressive. If traveling solo be mindful. Lots of room for improvement required.

Overall, we had a great experience. The food was excellent, and the staff were kind, proactive, and responsive throughout our visit. We rented a cabana for the day, and while we enjoyed it, the service around it felt a bit uncoordinated. The staff began setting up while we were already there, which took away from the experience. Since this was an additional service, I was expecting a more polished presentation — ideally, everything would have been ready upon our arrival, with the cabana fully set up, champagne chilled, and flutes in place. A more seamless and elevated setup would have really created that “wow” moment.

Great resort. Everything is impeccable. The only thing is the beach is man made so if you’re looking for an amazing beach experience you won’t find it there. Regardless of that I’d 100% recommend this resort. My kids had a blast!

We were a little disappointed and expected a bit more given how expensive this hotel is. We had a swim out room, there was some debris in the pool so we were unable to use it on the first day but they did get it sorted. I was disappointed by that I must admit. Personally I didn’t like the beach and the sea was a bit rocky. Pools were lovely, staff were amazing, particularly the restaurant staff. Overall we had a lovely stay but in comparison to some of the other 5 star luxury resorts, it seems overpriced.

Overall, my family enjoyed the beach and the food options. Loved the jerk food trucks and the snack bar. We booked here because we enjoyed our stay the first time, so we came back inviting family, totaling 15 of us. The interior decor of the hotel is modern and beautiful and I enjoyed the breeze and views. We didn’t stay at the pool much, they are well kept and so many infinity pools. Kids love the water park and virtual arcade area and us the entertainment. The exterior of the resort facing the sea, I saw wear and mold on the exteriors. The beach has small rocks along the shoreline but once you get over that, smooth. A few family members had issues with sewage smell in their rooms that was reported to the front desk. My family loved the soccer/basketball field. They were out there almost every evening before dinner, playing ⚽️🥅along with the fitness staff. It was a memorable time and glad we came back. Hope the resort remediate their issues considering this resort is pretty new and rated as five stars.
