Room felt a little yucky, but better than expected after reading reviews prior to booking… also the milk at breakfast was like like warm. And who serves bread and cheese as breakfast? We definitely left hungry.

They checked us in two and a half hours later than the scheduled time of 4 pm. The room was not available upon our arrival. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The breakfast was also disappointing, as there were no eggs at all. Overall, the experience was not good at all.

We did not get the two rooms that we originally paid for. Upon arrival we informed that our family of 6 that had paid for 2 rooms with 4 double beds would only be able to get 2 king beds or our stay would be canceled. After traveling more than 24 hours we were tired and took the rooms. We were then told that the rooms would not be available for a while as they were still cleaning them though it was past check in time and many guests were waiting and unhappy. Elevators were broken and we needed to go up to 9th floor by service stairs with our luggage up and down all day. When we were in our room someone came into our room and then said sorry. We had no idea who it was made us scared that several people hadaccess to our room. Room was old and not up to date for price we paid. Continental breakfast was not great.

That hotel needs receprtonists, but it's real problem coming frommanagement administration. Understaffed-over booking. People checking in 3 hours after 4:00check- I had to fight after 4:00 to get " any room" , not the quality room I paid for.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever -Booked this hotel 4 months in advance,expecting a pleasant stay, but it was a nightmare. # Shocking Cost vs Reality Price: $250 per night is not justified. I've stayed in cleaner, safer motels. # Hidden Charges Before Check-In Security deposit: $150 Resort fee: $136 for virtually non-existent amenities. Misleading! # Day 1 – Check-In Nightmare (5:40 PM) room was filthy and unsafe:Hair-covered carpet,Foul smell,Stained curtains,Tornbedsheets Non-functioning lights Dangerous ceiling fan,Disgusting bathroom with hair, stains, and a broken drawer. After contacting the front desk, we waited 2 hours for another room, which was still not clean. # Day 2 – No Housekeeping & Non-Functional Shower,No housekeeping done by the time we returned at 8:40 PM. Bed unchanged, no fresh towels or toiletries.Shower barely worked. Contacted the front desk and advised to “talk to the manager.” They eventually sent only towels. # Day 3 Compensation as a Joke Offered four breakfast passes for “compensation” only an omelet available. Returned to find room unchanged again. Eventually managed to speak to the manager, who dismissively told us to "forget everything." After waiting two hours for staff to provide towels and change sheets, it was clear they lacked accountability. # Breakfast & Facilities – Completely Unhygienic Dirty breakfast area and limited, poor-quality food; not worth the resort fee. # Parking-Overpriced & Misleading$120 for 4 nights,in neighborin hotel

Looks like the concept of “room service” and “customer support” is non-existent in this hotel. I stayed for 4 nights, even after making request in person on the help desk, the bedsheet were never changed, towels not replaced, supplies not refilled. For changing towel everyday I had to go on desk and make multiple requests. Same goes for shampoo and body wash. On the last night I reached to a point where I was literally begging them to give me at least 1 bottle of shampoo and body wash so that I can take bath before taking early morning flight. Staff was rude, hotel has no parking, breakfast is limited options. Rooms are not maintained clean, wooden furnitures are falling apart. Other than location, everything is negative.

Hotel muito velho! Quartos velhos, com cheiro ruim no carpete e poucos funcionários disponíveis. O check-in demorou horas. No café da manhã só servem pão, queijo e salame. Se quiser comer um omelete ou uma fruta, tem que pagar à parte. Hotel lotado nos 5 dias de estadia. Porém, a localização, a piscina e a praia são excelentes! Ah, o saguão é lindo! Por ser um hotel antigo, o saguão é enorme. O preço também é bom para quem quer ficar na praia em Miami Beach. Os outros hotéis são muito caros. Comprei pelo app HOTÉIS, e ficou mais barato que qualquer outro lugar, inclusive no próprio site do Sherry.

En famille 8 nuits… 2 chambres pour lesquelles j avais spécifié l un á côté de l autre . Nous étions sur le même étage c est déjà cela! Menage fait un jour sur trois même après réclamation. Le petit déjeuner comprend du pain de mie du café , du cheddar , et si vous avez de la chance des bananes. Point positif, le personnel plutôt accueillant ! Et très bon emplacement . Piscine et plage sympathique .
