The staff were so friendly from the moment we checked in until we left . Lovely lady at reception checked us in and a guy got us a cold towel and a glass of sparkling wine . The setting for the resort is beautiful. Rooms v comfortable with great view and even an outside shower ! We only tried the Buffet which had a good choice and was v fresh . Wine and beer was good .

When we arrived, we booked a beachfront bungalow. From the pictures on their website, we thought we were getting a room on the beach. You know, the ones where you literally walk out the door and your feet are in the sand and the ocean is steps away. Not the case. We were facing the ocean and had a full view of the ocean, but it was not the room we booked. With that said, the room was decent, rustic would be the best word to explain the room. The major issue with the room was the bugs and the cleaning staff never cleaned them up. We purposefully left the dead ants and mosquitos on the bathroom sink to see if they would get cleaned up but they never did. Staff literally swept the floors (inside and on the patio) and made the bed; thats it. We had a fridge but never received and drinks for said fridge. The couple we went with requested a few cokes and Ginger Ales and was told they could not take them from the bar and would have to purchase soft drinks from the gift shop. Now come on, this is an all inclusuve resort and we have to purchase non alcoholic sodas from the gift shop???? First time for this girl! Now, lets chat about the staff.....I was so disappointed. We had to get a majority of our drinks ourselves. Only 1 guy getting drinks for the people at the pool, the beach and people sitting in the chairs outside the beach front rooms, which by the way is a HIKE so if you see him, be ready to wait.

Upon check in I realized that the room that I paid for was not the room that I received. I would not recommend this resort for a solo traveler, singles, girls trips or anyone under 50 years old.

The room was clean and property was nice and spacious. Only one pool and the beach was nice when there was no jelly fish. It took a very long time get drinks by the pool and there is little to no entertainment. Some of the workers was nice and there was the others that was abrupt and down right rude. We will not be coming back and won’t recommend.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Hawksbill. The resort itself is in a stunning location — the pool area was beautiful, and the beach was absolutely amazing, clean, and relaxing. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. However, there were a few staff members who didn’t show the same level of professionalism or warmth, which was disappointing compared to the rest of the team. Despite that, the overall atmosphere, scenery, and hospitality from the majority of the staff made it a pleasant stay. I’d definitely return for the views and the beach alone!

The beaches, staff, food and drinks were all amazing. Our room could have used a little maintenance but it did not matter to us. The ceiling had a leak. We were on the beach most of the time so we did not mention it. The sunsets at this property were gorgeous. We will absolutely be back.

Fantastiskt läge, underbar strand och utsikt. Helt ok frukost och mat i övrigt men otroligt otrevlig personal, de få som ler och är hjälpsamma återfinns i receptionen endast. Läget är lite off, finns inte mycket omkring men hotellet har flera restauranger i all inclusive-konceptet som räcker till. Den enda bartendern som kunde blanda drinkar återfanns i huvudrestaurangens bar. Hotellet har också öns bästa nudiststrand (en av fyra stränder så man behöver inte bada naken). Underhållningen i lågsäsong är inte mycket att ha, antagligen är allt lite bättre (och trängre) resten av året. Låt inte vädret avskräcka er, vi hade 5 minuters regn på två veckor i sept-okt.
