"Although it's a little far from the station, it was great overall. The room was a bit small, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline."

"Great resort for an all inclusive ski trip. Hotel is great- amazing food and facilities- especially the onsen and library space that had so many great book to look through on down day. "

"I have never had a bad stay at this hotel. I’ve visited this hotel 3 times since July of 2025. This last stay I had mistakenly hit the button for Single Smoking Room. When I discovered my mistake, the front desk staff quickly sorted me, and didn’t charge extra for a double room Non Smoking! The restaurants here are also delicious!"
