"Amazing stay.
The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Really really lovely staff members, everyone we encountered had time to stop and chat to us. Check in was really easy and smooth, we had left our bags earlier in the day which had already been taken up to our room for us, which is a lovely touch. Our room was really clean, and nicely decorated on theme. Very comfortable bed! The rest of the hotel is decorated and has lots of facts about the titanic which were really interesting.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and you could order food as well which is within the breakfast price.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast!! "
"Staff were lovely and super helpful. Room is stylish with original parquet flooring; little kitchenette is perfect for making your own food if you don't want to go out. Room was spotless and the location is excellent. I genuinely could not fault it. I even loved the stairwell ;) . One small improvement would be the wifi, which wasn't the best and may need a booster but certainly not enough to reduce the rating.
I am a Belfast local and have lived in the city for 30 years. I am away on business and had to overnight in a hotel and so glad I chose the Flint; I would defo stay again.
I read the reviews before booking and I would say that the more negative ones (of which there are few) are unfair. If you are going to stay in a hotel and grumble about something that could be resolved by calling reception then you are a fool. Why would you not allow the hotel to rectify the problem. I had a booking issue which was dealt with efficiently and professionally. In this case the error was mine and not the hotel. thanks again to all the staff for making me feel so welcome. PS- there is a bar and restaurant outside front door and also places to buy food round the corner so you have options.... "
"My daughter and I travelled to Belfast for one night, staying at the Maldron city centre.
We arrived at the hotel at 9.30am and asked them if we could store our luggage until the room was ready. Fortunately for us a room was ready and we were given our key.
Our room was on the 12th floor.
We had a superior twin room which was well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean.
The beds were comfortable.
There was construction work going on outside the hotel but we never heard a thing.
Would definitely recommend and return again. "
