Rooms were dated, with stained carpets and sofa. No water in the rooms, lomited to one hand towel and one small bath towel per person. No beds made the three nights we stayed nor room cleaned. Not great for a junior suite. The only saving grace for thia hitel was the staff we're so friendly and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very good with enough choice. Great location near to the train station for easy access to Amsterdam. The local town was very nice. Also a short ride to Zaanse Shans.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Right beside train station, walking distance to Zaandam town and short train ride to downtown Amsterdam, airport or anywhere else. If you want a getaway in Amsterdam this is the place to stay. If you arrive by plane go to the lower floor for train station, takes you right to the hotel. So convenient!

This hotel was perfect as we wanted to visit Alkmaar and Zaanse Schans - it is also a stone's throw awáy from Amsterdan. The hotel is off the boardwalk so itiw more quiet and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff were super nice and provided all the amenities we needed. Great service
