학생들이 연수 받으러 갈 때 단체로 지내는 딱 그정도의 숙박시설입니다. 청소상태도 보기에는 괜찮은데, 구석구석 머리카락등이 그대로 있고, 환풍이 제대로 안되서 땀냄새같은게 납니다. 복도 시끄러워서 잠자기 어렵고, 바베큐 연기가 로비에 가득합니다. 로비 직원들도 미숙하고, 조식은 인당 2만원인데, 맛도 없는데다 그릇 갖다놓는데도 임시로 만들어나서 들어가면서 퇴식대를 보게되서 위생상 기분이 나삐집니다. 주차장 부족으로 만실시 주차 어려운데도 주차장 관리하는 사람 하나 없습니다. 데스크까지 직접가서 주차 어디다 해야하냐고 물어봤더니 앞 횟집에 대면 된다고 대충 말만 해줍니다.
