The staff a very friendly, professional and helpful! The hotel is well situated, I was able to get to majority of the points of interest within a 15-20 minute walk or a short Grab ride. The breakfast was excellent. Of note, please keep in mind this in the heart of the old quarter if you are expecting quiet you may want to consider that but then again that is one of the charms of Hanoi!

This hotel was excellent. The front desk people are wonderful. The facilities are great. The rooms are very nice. Not huge, but adequate and nice. The restaurant and its staff are superb. We couldn’t ask for a better restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great. The location was great. Right in the center of Old Quarter Hanoi. Walk to everything. Watch for scooters. This hotel is a blast from the past with its yesteryear charm. We loved our stay there. The only improvement I’d make would be to clean the pool and get new beds. The beds are very hard. Would I let those things keep me from staying? No way. We’d stay there again for sure. There’s no gym, but there sister hotel 5 minute walk away has a good one. We loved this hotel. The staff there were all great.
