O Hotel fica próximo a um bar que faz barulho ensurdecedor a noite toda, não dormi nenhum minuto, quando os frequentadores do bar pararam, os funcionários do hotel começaram a fazer barulho com máquinas que davam a impressão que eram máquinas de lavar roupas, ficavam conversando com voz alta, entre e sai o tempo todo dos quartos, dava a impressão de motel. Na descrição não é deixado claro que o estacionamento não é no prédio e os hóspedes tem que pagar o estacionamento a parte distante três quadras do hotel. Foi a pior hospedagem que fiquei. A cama dura, o banheiro fedido, nada igual as fotos do anúncio. Quando cheguei o pagamento que tinha feito pelo cartão, não tinha sido descontado, tive que pagar separadamente do aplicativo da Hotéis.com o atendente deu uma desculpa estranha para isso. Sinceramente eu vou excluir minha conta do Hotéis.com porque é a segunda experiência que tenho que é ruim. Mas essa superiou qualquer negativa.

Localização, limpeza e atendimento ótimos. Mas no primeiro andar é muito barulhento! As janelas estão no nivel da calçada, da rua. Além disso o barulho interno é considerável, vindo do corredor. Hóspedes cruzando e conversando alto. NO Primeiro andar não é recomendável ficar!

Tudo muito simples, mas confortável e limpo. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, queijo e presunto não dava de comer. Os demais bolos e itens servidos, também eram ruins, conforme relatado pela minha família e demais hóspedes. Eu tenho intolerância a glúten, normalmente não tenho problemas, pois pão de queijo e ovos é tradicionalmente servido. No segundo dia, não foi servido pão de queijo. Ouvi várias reclamações de outros hóspedes também pelo café da manhã de péssima qualidade.

Tivemos problemas com a acomodação, a descarga do banheiro estava com vazamento e causando mal cheiro no banheiro do quarto, ventilador fraco em um dia muito quente e tivemos dificuldade para dormir com tanto barulho vindo da rua. Apesar disso o atendente disponibilizou a troca do quarto quando reclamamos.

A estadia no Hotel Blumenau foi literalmente PÉSSIMA. Chegando no quarto, ele estava sujo - parecia que apenas tinham arrumado a roupa de cama. Durante a noite, muito barulho dentro do hotel: camas sendo mexidas de lugares, crianças gritando durante a noite e correndo pelos corredores, pessoas tentando abrir a porta do nosso quarto (que absurdo!), e rua extremamente movimentada. Nos sentimos extremamente violados como hóspedes, e sabemos que não vale a pena nenhum real pago nessa estadia. Nem ficamos para o café da manhã, pois se a experiência de se hospedar durante a noite já havia sido horrível, o café da manhã poderia ser ainda pior. Não recomendo.
