The location is very convenient to many wonderful restaurants. The property is hugely outdated: holes in stained curtains, bedspreads, mold in bathroom, tiles coming off in shower, air conditioning that leaked into room. Rude breakfast/buffet staff, good breakfast; property holds firm to 2:00 check-in, any arrival before that requires a wait in the un-air conditioned lobby until then.

This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

O quarto estava na frente de um outro quarto em reforma, o chão do corretor todo empoeirado, horrível, e solicitamos a troca imediatamente. Fomos para outro andar também com problemas de reforma. O aparelho TV era um monitor de computador, horrível de pequeno, e não pegava nenhum canal, e quando pegava, travava e não dava para assistir nada. Não sei como esse hotel tem uma classificação de 4 estrelas (horrível, não recomendamos pra ninguém). Elevador velho, aparelhos de peças metálicas dos banheiros são enferrujados. O cobertor que pedimos para a cama era do tamanho de solteiro enquanto que a cama era de casal, pedimos outro que chegou com um ar de velho e empoeirado, horrível. Móveis velhos. Tem que atualizar tudo nesse hotel.

Excelente custo benefício! A Marta e equipe do café da manhã estão de parabéns! Farto, muito variado, diversas frutas frescas, frios, bolos. Incrível pelo preço! O hotel é antigo porém limpo e está sendo atualizado. O ar condicionado deu problema, o Tiago da manutenção imediatamente nos atendeu, nos trocou de quarto no mesmo andar e auxiliou a transferência das malas.A recepção foi nota 10! Estacionamento com preço da diária muito justo (40 reais em 15/1/25) e profissionais atenciosos. Vi alguns comentários negativos mas são injustos porque: o custo da diária é muito atrativo em relação à concorrência e a localização é excepcional para quem quer região central: em frente ao início da Rua Avanhandava ( famosa pelos restaurantes da família Mancini). Pelo que o hotel cobra , oferece muito!! Sobre as reclamações que no banheiro não tem box de vidro: A banheira é com cortina (padrão em muitos hotéis americanos) e é só colocar dentro da banheira que o banheiro não molha! Foi uma grata surpresa!
