호텔보다 객실이 크고 넓어서 답답하지 않았어요. 창가의 소파베드는 싱글베드보다 커서 누워 놀기 딱이었고, 침구도 포근했어요.

1층 내부의 표지판 안내가 매우 불친절함. 안내 표시가 드물고 글씨가 작으며 영어로만 되어 있음. 건물 구조 자체가 복잡한데 거기에 기둥, 공간 배치, 가구까지 혼잡함을 더함. 이 정도로 길을 헤매게 하는 곳은 처음이라 1층에 갈 때마다 매우 짜증스러웠음. 심지어 어느 때에는 정문을 아무런 안내 표시 없이 막아놓기도 함.

객실깨끗, 직원 친절, 주차넉넉, 좋은 뷰, 부지내 맛집입점, 조식은 퀄리티 좋음. 최악이였던 레지던스 스파파빌리온. 동절기라 외부도 사용못하고, 특정 탕 재정비 중인데도 동일한 가격으로 판매. 많은 인원이 실내의 좁은 수영장에 들어가니 바글바글하고, 수영하고 나오니 탈의실 바닥에 매너없는 인간들이 수건들을 바닥에 다 던지고 몸만 쏙 빠져나갔음. 사용한 인간들의 매너 문제이다만, 중간중간 치워주시는 분들이 필요해 보임. 또한 애들 데려오는건 좋은데, 키즈/성인풀의 경계가 없어서 너무 어린애들이 한 풀에 있어서 조심스럽게 놀아야하고... 어머니들든 애들 사진 찍느라 바쁘심. 돈내고 들어왔는데 편하게 놀 수가 없는 곳임. 아. 수영장과는 별개로 가족/동물 친화적이다보니, 아침/밤 상관없이 짖거나 애 우는 소리, 혼내는 소리를 들을 수 있음. 이건.. 어쩔수 없다고 생각은 하지만 알고가면 좋음.
