The most striking part of the resort is the staff; only a few of the members maintained a positive attitude. Most of the staff was very dry with some being rude. Not the usual caribbean atmosphere.

We thankfully brought $1 and $5 bills to tip throughout our trip The $200 for their comp dollars to use at Zoetry was not fair. It was a coupon book of spa and bottle service (i.e.- $40 on first day for any spa service such as a $150 regular massage or a bottle of champagne that was $60 and they gave a $10 coupon).
