A barista makes your coffee in the morning:) you can aldo have real hot chocolate:) staff is so nice and down to earth. And the interiors are stunning after the 2 year renovation. Cheap parking neighboorhood also.

Honestly this place is incredible! The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel itself is either new or newly refurbished, very nice details and the downstairs was both slick but also welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nice colour scheme, one of those that exceeds expectations from the photos. We enjoyed the free happy wine hour but didn’t get to enjoy the additional happy nightcap hour! Breakfast was decent and staff went out of their way to help on our last day where we had missed the time slot but they got everything back out for us. Honestly could not recommend the place enough! Thank you thank you !

Fin service og venlige folk, men virkelig dårlig oplevelse med larm der vækkede os begge dage 6:20 - larmen lød som banken fra rørene i bygningen. Vi fik nyt værelse hvor problemet var det samme. Fik en gratis drink, ellers ingen kompensation. Jeg håber at det blot er start-vanskeligheder for et ellers fint hotel.

Slidt værelse - og hotel i det hele taget. Meget lille værelse i forhold til prisen - og i det hele taget dårlig value for money. 25-35% for dyrt i forhold til niveauet. Eneste lyspunkt var en lækker morgenmad.

exquisite boutique hotel

Our room was small, and because it overlooked the main road, it was extremely noisy. The room was also very stuffy. This, too, made sleeping difficult.The courtyard was pleasant, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Close to Metro station and shopping of all sorts--very convenient. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. This is a restful place to stay, if pricey (like all of downtown Copenhagen).
