Beach beautiful blue waters; Room clean, beds soft, blanket in closet for usage; easy parking, food average in all restaurants (The Palms buffet, Pizza reservation restaurant, The Grill on the beach), limited restaurants and open times; Bars nice alcohol pour %, one beer choice, low level quality liquor; All in all quality matches reasonable All-Inclusive price.

Beautiful beaches, rooms were basic, maybe in need of a refresh. Were clean (ish) on arrival however on a 10 day stay there is only one clean. Most of the staff were friendly, smiley and couldn’t do enough to help, others it was though I was an inconvenience, no consistency between the reception staff and what I was being told by one seemed like a huge issue to another. Coconut grill was very slow, sometimes taking 40 mins or more for a burger and fries. Wide variety of food and plenty to choose from

Only good thing about this resort is the beach. Rooms are beyond dated. All alcohol is lowest level. Service is slow in restaurants (1.5 hrs for a meal). We ended up leaving a night early and heading to a different hotel in English Harbour because it was that bad. I would not recommend this resort. We are a 40 year old couple from USA

Clean basic room. We did superior category and were pleased. We were never in room so everything was fine. Good food. Good drinks. Nothing fancy. No real nightlife but we made our own fun. Beach is 10/10. No fighting for loungers. Great communal areas to meet people. . Excellent vacation

This was a great find! The resort is a little dated, but the amenities are fantastic. The main pool is large, food is solidly good with plenty of options and changes daily, staff is friendly, grounds are well-maintained, and bar tenders will generously make any desired drink variation. And the beach is STUNNING: no waves, white sand with no rocks or seaweed, plenty of umbrellas and chairs, and picture-perfect water. The room was small and basic, but had a large balcony. Even though most of the clientele were package vacationers from the UK, the Palms restaurant delighted me by having multiple Thanksgiving options on the dinner buffet on the holiday. It's not a luxury resort, but it is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at Jolly Beach resort. The food and the beach were breathtaking. Very quiet area so great for rest and relaxation. Some of the staff like Karla, Jason, and Keon were super helpful. However, not all of the staff was very friendly. I would still this resort 10/10 due to the lovely beach and relaxing atmosphere. I will looking forward to staying here again on my next holiday.

We was out of water power and cable when we got there, power and water came on late that evening, cable came on next day. No fridge im room, was advertised!! Need better food options. Spa was not open.

This property was very rundown, outdated and dirty. I have stayed at many reports in the past. The rooms are typically outdated, but this “resort” was beyond disappointing. One couple had sever bedbug bites. They had to go to the hospital for treatment. They ended up moving to another hotel. The mosquitoes and sand fleas were crazy. We had to purchase bug repellent outside of the resort because they did not have any. We also were unable to eat at a couple of the restaurants because they were closed. I do understand this is the rainy season, but they were not prepared with staff or supplies to handle it. I was told that there were only 176 people at the resort during our stay. Money guest had to be moved to other rooms due to flooding in their room. One couple had to be moved from a garden room to an ocean view room because of flooding and the resort charge them an upgrade fee for the ocean view. Four other people that we met left four days early due to the conditions, the lack of staff and the manager’s inability to control the situation. It would have been helpful if signs were posted saying that certain restaurants were closed. The pool bar was only open one day when we were there because there was pooling water behind the bar. A suggestion would be to dry it up. There was garbage in the walkways the entire time we were there. It was the same garbage. No one had cleaned it up. Overall, this hotel/resort was a complete fail. Never stay here.

Good stay

The resort was not as upscale as I was excepting from looking at the pictures, however it was also a lot less expensive compared to the other resorts and hence, made it worth it. The swimming pool, bar service and breakfast, along with the beach were excellent. Absolutely loved the beach - it felt sheltered, calm waters and very relaxing. I would recommend this place for the price factor along with the private beach access.

Food was limited but very good. Staff was phenomenal. Redort is very dayed 70's & 80's. Lots of small pieces of shells in the sand. The water/sea was not clear but that was because of the storms. There was ansolutely no seaweed. Entertainment was good. Especially the steel pan band.

Property is old and outdated...definitely could use revamping. The spa staff was horrible booked a group of 4 massages and no one ever showed up. Overall experience was ok but I would not stay at this resort again or recommend it to anyone. Food was awful and the alcohol was bottom shelf. Staff was friendly and helpful but could only do so much with limited resources.

Happy with our stay

Parking was close and easy. We first had an alright view with partial view of the sea. We asked for a different room and were gladly shown a different room and we're given the keys to the new room with an excellent view.
