Room was super comfortable, quiet, not too hot, tea/coffee facilities. Everything yiu need. Breakfast was lovely. Slight lack of places to sit for a very short time but only because it was busy. Hot and cold drinks available in the foyer. Excellent location. Staff were lovely.

We had a lovely one night stay here in Jan 2026. Its a really good base, perfectly located in the city centre, easy walking distance to anywhere including most activity pickups. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you could want. We had dinner in the Bull Bar & Grill downstairs which had a really nice atmosphere, and very convenient as its just downstairs in the hotel, so you dont have to go outside! We had a burger and ribs and both were really good. The lounge area by reception is really tastefully done, and we enjoyed sitting there a few times enjoying the comfy seating and free flavoured water / blueberry juice. Our room was a little small (not much space to put suitcases/unpack) but the beds were comfortable, and a nice bathroom. Would happily stay there again.
