What a lovely boutique hotel with history. Extremely personable staff and the owner’s sister was so kind and genuine. Great property. Fantastic customer service. Staff was wonderful and room was beautiful and well maintained. Excellent food. Very good linens, mattress and pillows (I’m a bit picky in this way). Hostess was amazing also. Very friendly and warm. Overall a very, very good stay. This property will become very popular over the years. It was completely booked when I was there which was at the end of the season. One thing to note is that the property is not super visible from the main road so keep an eye out for the two smaller signs that list Hotel Capintano on them.

Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. You ideally need a car but at least away from the traffic around Kotor.

Phenomenal hotel, wonderful architecture, good restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Clean, generally very good at communication. As others have noted, parking is a bit of a walk on a narrow road, but that's standard for this area. Had a minor issue with receiving room service (room was entered, bed was made) when we explicitly asked not to and had the do not disturb sign on the door, otherwise would be 5 stars. Very close to the ferry allowing easy access to Kotor and elsewhere.

I wish I could give the staff Alex and Tea (?) ten stars. This cozy, immaculately clean and yet historical boutique hotel is one of our favourite stops yet. It is directly across from the ferry operations but somehow extremely quiet, the small pool had my son entertained for hours, the staff will provide poolside service with drinks, the homemade cookies on arrival are *delightful*, the breakfast is so so good i wouid dare say skip some traditional Montenegrin food at restaurants bc this hotel has the cheese, prosciutto, pate, Ajvar… PLUS they offer a (free!) a La carte. I could go on and on about this hotel and the main reason is the people working there. They are outstanding: helping carry your luggage, reaching out ahead of time to see your plans, giving explicit parking instructions (so important in the Balkans). They have thought of everything. I cannot think of one area where improvement is needed. There are terrific dining options less than a 4 min walk down the road (and there are sidewalks!) *Notable: parking is <2 min walk from hotel, and 80% of that includes no sidewalks and blind corners. So while you are walking on the road, drivers are good. Me and my son (11) felt safe.
