We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Mountain Resort and Spa. The room was comfortable and had the basic amenities. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was friendly. The location was great in terms of being within easy walking access of downtown Palm Springs. We didn't access the spa but we spent some time at the pool and in the hot tub. Both were clean and well maintained. Definitely a great place to stay if you are looking for mid-range comfort and a super location.

The room was super clean. The staff were very nice. Great location. No trouble finding parking. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening. Want to return to use the pool and bikes. Would recommend some tea bags in the room or lobby with the coffee.

The stay was great — the room was extremely clean, well kept, and very large! I loved the balcony; it was the perfect spot to unwind and read a book. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, despite appearing slightly understaffed at check in. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of fruit trees bearing fruit that guests could pick right on the property as well. If I return to Palm Springs, I will definitely be staying at this location again!
